Jon Mahan, Realtor, ABR

The cornerstone to any successful business is excellent customer service.  I am a full time, dedicated REALTOR with over ten years of experience.  My customer service training began many years ago in the automotive field.  After a number of years as a master automotive technician, I moved into management.  In that capacity, I learned the importance of listening to my clients and working to resolve their concerns.  During that time, I earned several customer satisfaction awards for improving my companies' customer satisfaction scores as well as increasing our overall business volume.  Not surprisingly, people just like good customer service.

When I entered the field of real estate, I found those same listening skills continued to serve me well.  When speaking with my clients, whether they are buying or selling, my goal is to gain a thorough understanding of their real estate needs.  That way, we can work together to formulate a plan to help them achieve success.

If you are thinking of buying or selling a house, I suggest you talk to several Realtors.  I hope one of them will be me, but either way, keep in mind you are looking for someone to help you with what is probably one of the largest financial decisions of your life.  Make sure you find a professional who shares your vision of what you would consider a successful outcome.  Make sure you find a Realtor with whom you are comfortable and at ease.  Finding the right personality can go a long way towards making your real estate transaction relatively painless.  It can even make it enjoyable.
